"K-Pop" Plushie Box Design

Based on the artist's current album logo, favorite colors, and themes, I created a plush design & a repetetive pattern with his logo to print onto the bandana.
Then, I used the bandana pattern to make a custom box for the plushie. This boxed plushie will be given to the artist by an acquaintance as a gift from Plushie Love.  

"Gemstonez" Plushie Box Design

I mocked up the design in Figma to get a general sense of what graphics and text I would need since I wanted this one to be full of hand-painted textures like the vintage plushies I enjoy. I measured the plushie and developed a template in Adobe Illustrator. I had a sample box produced based on this rough sketch to visualize how the product would appear inside the box.
I hand-painted the rest of the details in Procrate and modified the logos to fit the theme. I laid them out over the template. I decided these boxes will be printed on a thicker cardboard than pictured above.

The next sample was almost perfect. After adjusting the cutlines I will put these into production.

Pouch Design

For the smaller 6-inch plush keychains, I created a design for a pink pouch with silver logo. These pouches are in production as well.  

Die-Cut Tag Design

I designed the original folded paper tags back in 2021, but this year I upgraded the square tags to a die-cut variety that demonstrated the characters as a collection on the interior.

Merchandise Design & Production Management

For the brand I've designed and managed production of many types of custom parts, stickers, t-shirts, metal charms, hats, and most recently these bandana designs.

Woven Tag Design

Over the years, I've also designed and managed the production of dozens of these woven tags that are shipped to my manufacturer and sewn into each plushie.

Vinyl Banners for Festival Merchandise

Used festival logos to design and manage production of concert merchandise plushie with branded tag and hat and created vinyl banners to promote the item at live sales booth.
