Project Planning

I created a plan when I joined the team to make sure I was on the same page as developers and stakeholders.

Dashboard & Onboarding Guide

The main issue users were having was not knowing how the dashboard functioned. So I provided them with clearly marcated steps on the left dashboard and led them to the next step as they navigated down each page.

Login Flow for User Experience

Improved hierarchy to create a clearer registration experience for prospective users.

Offset Calculator

Designed a calculator based on my two main categories of personas - investors and commercial carbon emitters.

Homepage Design

The main problem with the homepage was that it felt impressive to users, however without much organization of the information being presented plus large swaths of text made users unsure of what the product was promoting. Therefore reorganizing the information was paramount for this redesign. I kept "scannability" in mind as I worked with a copywriter to parcel out important information that told the brand's story. The other major issue was the hero section which was difficult to read, lacked proper contrast and hierarchy, which I employed in my version below. Instead of using bright color-backgrounds, I limited these bright colors to areas only to direct the eye to certain places on the page.
